Where can I find the Device ID?

Answer

The device ID is a code of 8 digits  which can be found in the ThinkNavi's menu.
Tap “Settings” on your ThinkNavi screen and check your device ID in "Customer Support"
 
I receive a message stating that the product code is either false or unregiste..
