I receive a message stating that the product code is either false or unregistered and that it should be registered again after confirmation.

Answer

You may receive this message during the server validation process if an error has been made in the product code registration.  ThinkNavi product codes are composed of a combination of 16 English letters and numbers. Check the product code affixed to the DVD cover again carefully and try registering again.
